MENTOR PROGRAMS
Paris Développement, through its internal structure grouped under Paris Technopole, has a number of well-designed, informal and formal business mentoring programs. Each program has specific goals, schedules, training (for mentors and mentees) and evaluation. The mentoring programs focus on young entrepreneurs, creativity and innovation.
Mentorship refers to a developmental relationship between a more experienced mentor and a less experienced partner referred to as a mentee or protégé. There are two types of mentoring relationships: formal and informal. Informal relationships develop on their own between partners. Formal mentoring, on the other hand, refers to assigned relationships, often associated with organizational mentoring programs designed to promote business development.
RECRUITMENT PROGRAMS
Paris Développement, through its internal structure grouped under Paris Technopole, has a range of recruitment, candidate and job opportunity identification procedures, as well as personal placement programs focusing on the young innovative business.
These programs are managed both off-line through informal meetings, seminars and gatherings and on-line by utilizing dedicated software systems that help networking, linking the recruiter, the co-opter and the candidate.
